
I like throwing natural veggies+ into actually any recipe I am whipping up for some further vitamins and the peace of thoughts that I am doing one thing good for my physique.
I drink loads of smoothies, particularly in the summertime, and within the morning after my exercises I sneak it into my shake for some bonus important micronutrients like iron and potassium, plus a great supply of fiber, too.
